Personal Passport (ages 3-6) - Under the Sea theme

A personal passport is a document that brings together all the most important information about your child. It helps teachers, Teachers of the Deaf, school staff and club leaders get to know your child and how best they can support them.

Our new Personal Passport templates come in two fun themes – under the sea and jungle animals – and include spaces for your child to write or draw pictures to show details about themselves. This helps your child express their personality and feel more ownership over their Personal Passport.
