We're here for you
Finding out your baby or child has a hearing loss can be an unsettling time, but our supportive community of 30,000 families will be here at every stage of your child’s journey.
What happens now?
A great first step you can take is to connect with us by becoming a member.
You can then focus on parenting, reassured that we will send you the regular, tailored information you need, however you wish to receive it.
We can also provide you with one-to-one support, help you connect with other families, and campaign on your behalf.
Emma, mum to Bobby, has been a member of our community since Bobby was two months old
"There’s nothing worse than being anxious, terrified and emotional and feeling alone but the National Deaf Children's Society taught me that that needn’t ever be the case, because we never have to be alone.
They have supported us at every single step. I would be lost without them."
